Our room was nice, PERFECT service. A ship terminal was located not far from the hotel. We can recommend the place to all.

two pools, both direct at the sea. you look out of the pool into the sea.beatiful garden with lot of small Bali-wooden houses to rest and relax. nice restaurant, you can dive or snorkel direct in front of the hotel, there is a beautiful coral.

next time I would rather book the relax bungalows than the monkey bungalows. the monkey arent new, the relax bungalows are newer and beatufil. you cannot lay on the beach as it is stony beach. but Realx Bali is Dive Resort either.

Our goal was to dive in Tulamben area and what we have to say is that our experience with Relax Bali Dive Center was amazing. One of the best dive centers we have ever been. Michael and Linda really took care of us. They brought us to wonderful diving places and made our diving an amazing experience.

As I have read in other reviews, it is true that sometimes they are power supply problems, but take into account that the hotel is located in a depressed area in Bali.If you go there, you should now where are you going.

It was a nice poolarea and the restaurant makes good food.

They arranged a trip to Ubud for us, and the driver tried to cheat us, didn`t want to go to the places we had a deal about. The room smelled very much, the manager tried to fix it, but without luck. The light disconnected many times every night, and you had to go to the personal every time. We left to days before, eventhough we payed for the nights. Couldn`t stay.

Relax Bali is a wonderful place to stay in Bali !!! we only booked for 1 night but we would have loved to stay longer... Not only the hotel facilities are perfect and very comfortable, including the dive center which is very well organised and maintained, but we were especially impressed by the staff...extremely nice and helpful (all the staff and in particular Ari at the reception) !! I can only recommend any person to go there and enjoy the real Bali with diving, relaxing, beautiful sunrises, countryside charm, etc... The villas were very nice. Large sized bedroom, large bed, sufficient place to put your stuff away and to do things, wonderfull openair shower facilities. The Czech and Indonesian staff both hotel and diving are enthousiastic and are making an effort to please the guests. Very nice dive spots in the neighborhood and good diving in the housereef for a relaxed dive.

The staff is somewhat inexperienced and somewhat relaxed. More experience would have things flowing more smoothly and little details would automatically been taken care off, such as sufficient supply of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Now you have to ask and it will be done. The ingredients are there to become a high level luxury resort

This was a real find on the dry and eternally sunny East Coast. A perfect place by the sea for relaxing in an infinite horizon pool or at the seaside restaurant. There are only about twelve rooms or villas, so it feels like the place is all yours. With the 3200 meter Agung volcano in the background, as a photographer, I found this setting spectacular.

Just about everything was perfect. The internet was a bit slow and interruption- prone, but this is likely a Bali-wide problem.

Relax Bali hotel is situated in a beautiful location, a short walk from the pebble beach. Hotel geared mainly for diving, but you can also relax with a massage or relax poolside.

I did not like the smell of the bathroom. Hot and smelly sewerage is a very badmixture. I also did not like that the hotel driver, who was take me to the next hotel left me with the luggage on the main road and I had to go alone a few hundred meters (I paid extra money for transport to my hotel).

It was amazing, directly beside the sea. The rooms are modern, clean and beautiful.

Our family of five (3 boys aged 20, 15 and 10) had the most wonderful week in this resort. Staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmoshere is very cosy (only 6 bungalows) and the setting a few meters from the ocean and with the volcano as backdrop just spectacular! Diving was brilliant - my husband and sons always had a dive master to themselves. My 10 year old was able to do his junior open water and was thrilled to be able to see the sharks on his last dive, I enjoyed the spa and we all loved the food. The pool is big enough for swimming lengths and the ocean is perfect for swimming and snorkelling. We were too lazy for big outings and only went to see the waterfall. But lots of sightseeing close by.

I wasn't so keen on the breakfast. Proper coffee and juice would have been available only for a surcharge. The mattresses weren't very comfortable and I usually woke up with a back ache (good reason for a massage though).

The staff was so amazing, friendly, welcoming, always smilling and helpfull. The atmosphere there was like being in heaven everything was perfect. We stayed in Bungalow for 1 week and to be honest we enjoyed every moment of it .

Relax Bali is a small resort owned by a Czech and with a lot of clientele from his country. The ambiance is simple, family type, we felt at home and the staff attitude,from management to menial staff, is great. They solved all our logistic and small problems with a smile. The location is fantastic and the structure, even if in a touristic environment,is built to stay with an eye for details. The price/quality relation is very good. The are is quiet and beside diving and snorkeling there is not a lot to do, exatcly what we were looking for: Dolce far niente. We have to mention a good Spa with a professional massagist and, if you are in the mood, you cant rent a car or a bike doing sightseeing.

Not much, unfortunately the water is slightly smelling solfureus, this is due to the vicinity of a vulcan, we are in Bali, island of vulcans!

The staff at Relax Bali were very helpful and friendly. I was given a complimentary disk of photos, taken by the dive master during my dive at the Liberty Wreck. Prices are very reasonable, half day hire of a scooter cost $7au Bali village nearby was an insight into Balinese life and an opportunity to meet the locals.

Very kind staff, sea diving/snorkling amazing and very easily (few meters only from the pebble beach), good restaurant, deluxe bungalow cute and confortable, swimming pool. Very nice view.

A bit expensive, a lot of noisy cockerels, far from the city. A lot of guests are Czech like the owner, which can give the filling to be the only real foreigner. Internet might be unaivalable sometime in this area.

Great location right on the Beach and easy to hire motor bike to visit Amed and other areas as traffic not bad in this part of Bali. Good diving right in front of hotel, nice pool and villa with friendly staff.

Did not like the 2 single mattresses on the double bed platform and beds where not that comfortable. The restaurant was geared towards carnivores with very limited choices for vegetarians and as it is a bit isolated was not easy for us to enjoy eating in the restaurant. there is only so many times you want to eat Gado Gado, More vegetarian choices please.
